Feeling bad for taking my really good Saab car to them.
First when I took my car, they said I had an axle problem and changed the axle and some other part charging me around $500.
The problem was not fixed and I went there for the second time, they said it might be the transmission problem and changing the transmission oil might solve the problem. They estimated $220. But the bill was given as $420. And the problem still remains the same.
But, because of their work now, I have a bad transmission oil leak.
After spending a lot of money, I brought a new problems to the car by going there.
I made a wrong decision thinking of them as Saab specialists.
Now I have to find a good mechanic to fix this new problem.
They are wonderful, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We are on Long Island and it's about 90 miles to Swedish Motors. I heard about them from a neighbor who also took his Saab there. Once when we were having a problem, I called and the owner asked us to bring the phone out to the car and put it in a certain spot while we started it. He said he knew what it was and there was nothing to worry about - to bring it up when we could.
