  Took car because the key wouldn’t turn to start the car. Steering wheel never locked, diagnosed it and said I needed a steering column lock which cost right around $2,000 so I asked if this will fix it and the steering column will lock and unlock as it should after spending that kind of money. He said yep that is the diagnosis. So I drive it home park the car take out the key and the steering wheel locks but comes unlocked very very easily. Called to let them know what it’s doing and I was able to get it back there within few weeks. When they looked at it they said it needs a pin that’s in the steering column lock and gave me an estimate. I’m like well is that pin part of the steering column lock so not sure I should have to pay to do the pin. Also when I brought it back the technician accidentally knocked off the plastic piece that is on top the shift handle so he used some kind of adhesive to get it back on. What do you know I can’t shift my car out of park. The button you push in to shift gears was stuck wouldn’t budge. What happened was they used way TOO much adhesive and it dripped down on everything. Had to have my friend take it apart and pick and pull massive amounts of adhesive. Did talk to Brian about the pin and the adhesive. He told me to take pictures and send them to him so I did. And never heard anything from Brian.
