I was a customer of Raffi's for over 10 years, but will not return for service. While he was fast and fixed things on the first pass, I recently learned just how overpriced and, frankly, dishonest he is in pricing. On the less costly end, he marked up my "special" headlamp bulb by 350%. He fixed a plugged A/C water drain and air damper, charged me over 600% markup on the part (compared to online) and 3.5 hours of service. I later learned from another Saab repair service that the work "never takes more than 30 minutes." I need to be able to trust my mechanics and I can no longer do so.
This is a very busy shop but they always take time to help. They have always been fast and efficient. They know Saabs better than any shop I've been to.
No messing around here, straight to the point. I've had great service there. It's not cheap, but I bought a Saab., it's to be expected.
